Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Supervisor W is software only, provided as-is. ScutiW AI and ScutiW Superintelligence and Astro Arpanet LLC have no liability for robot motion, injury, or property damage to the fullest extent permitted by law. The hardware emergency stop on the robot is the last layer. Software halt is supervisory and is not warranted to stop the robot. Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy explains how ScutiW AI and ScutiW Superintelligence (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, share, and protect information when you access or use the Supervisor W websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). The Service is managed and operated by ScutiW AI and ScutiW Superintelligence. The software license for Supervisor W is owned by Astro Arpanet LLC. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Cookie Policy. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Use regarding dispute resolution or liability, the Terms of Use control to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Privacy Policy describes data practices; it is not a warranty, service-level agreement, or promise of security or availability. Exercising privacy rights does not create extra damages or uncapped liability. Liability for the Service, including robot operations, is governed exclusively by the Terms of Use (as-is, release, indemnity, and the liability cap).

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, hashed password (when you use email/password sign-in), short-lived sign-in or reset tokens emailed to you, optional multi-factor settings, and identifiers from optional Google or other third-party sign-in if you enable them.
  • Organization / seat data — organization membership, roles (for example Admin or Operator), invitations, and seat counts for Lab (two seats) or Site (four seats).
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe) when you subscribe. We store plan status and the identifiers needed to provide paid features (Lab, Site) and to bind a license to a robot serial. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Robot and session data — robot serial numbers you register, catalog skills you assign, confirm / watch / take-over / stop events, operator identity on those events, keep-out and recover confirms, and session logs you export. Camera recordings, when enabled on Site, are stored for the published retention window.
  • Contact messages — name, email, topic, and message content you submit via the contact form (delivered by email to our operators).
  • Live chat — if you use Ask questions / Chat with us, we collect the name, email, and message text you submit, plus short conversation history needed to reply. Messages may be sent to a third-party language-model provider to generate an assistive reply. Chat is not a safety system, legal advice, or a certified operator.
  • Usage & technical data — IP address, browser/device information, approximate request timing, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Cookies & local storage — as described in Section 7 and the Cookie Policy.

2. Your content; no robot operations

The Service is software used to supervise a robot you already own or lawfully operate. We do not sell, lease, staff, or operate the robot. We do not perform cell design, guarding, or on-site staffing. You determine the purposes of session data you create and whether you have the right to process it. We process that content only to provide the Service. You are responsible for a safe cell, a hardware emergency stop, and notices or consents for people who appear in recordings.

  • Storage — accounts, serials, session events, and optional recordings are stored so your operators can run and prove a shift. We use service providers to host and store this data as needed to operate the Service.
  • Customer-run adapters — if you connect a robot through Adapter v1, that connection runs in your environment. We do not receive OEM credentials unless you separately send them to us (do not).
  • Your responsibility — you (or the company that operates the robot) perform all motion. You assume and own all liability for use of the Service and for any connected robot. Session logs and recordings are not a certificate of safety. Supervisor W only provides software.
  • No liability for operations or output — to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Protected Parties described in the Terms of Use have no liability for robot motion, missed halt, recordings, live-chat replies, or reliance on the console. This Policy is not a warranty. See our Terms of Use.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Operate login, MFA, seats, license binding to a robot serial, confirm / watch / take-over / stop, and session export.
  • Send transactional mail (sign-in codes, password reset, invites).
  • Process subscriptions, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce plan limits on new jobs.
  • Respond to contact-form messages, support requests, and live chat.
  • Generate assistive chat replies when you use live chat (via a third-party language-model provider).
  • Comply with law, protect rights and safety, and investigate suspected misuse. Session safety logs may be retained where required for an incident.

We do not sell operator lists or personal information.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we may process personal data based on:

  • Contract — to provide the Service you request (account, paid plan, operator console).
  • Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and administer the Service, prevent abuse, and support customers.
  • Consent — where required (for example certain optional cookies or analytics).
  • Legal obligations — to comply with applicable law.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. If California’s CCPA/CPRA or similar U.S. state laws apply, we also do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those laws define those terms. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — companies that help us host the Service, store records, send email, process payments (Stripe), and (if you use live chat) run a language-model provider. They may process data only as needed to provide those services to us and must protect it appropriately.
  • Your organization — administrators can see operators on their organization, seats, and session activity needed to run the console.
  • Integrations you enable — Adapter v1 and local robot connections you run are under your control. Content or commands you send to a robot or adapter leave the Service under your direction.
  • Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer to a successor.
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the security of the Service.
  • Aggregated / de-identified data — that does not reasonably identify individuals.

We are not responsible for how third-party providers, payment processors, language-model providers, email hosts, or your adapters store, use, disclose, or secure data once it leaves Supervisor W under your direction or as needed to provide the Service. We are not liable for your operators’, visitors’, or OEM systems’ acts.

6. Retention & your rights

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may export session logs from the product where available. You may request account deletion via an Admin user or the contact form. After deletion, associated records are removed subject to backup retention and legal holds. We retain billing records as required for law, accounting, and fraud prevention. Session safety logs may be retained longer where required for an incident.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal data (subject to exceptions).
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing.
  • Request portability of certain data where applicable.

Submit requests via the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If a data-protection law such as the GDPR or similar rules applies to you, you keep only those rights that law does not allow you to waive. Exercising those rights does not create extra contractual damages or uncapped liability.

7. Cookies & local storage

When you use Supervisor W in a browser, we may use cookies and similar technologies as follows:

  • Necessary — session / sign-in cookies so you can stay signed in, complete MFA, and use protected features. These are required for the Service to work when accounts are enabled.
  • Preferences — optional local settings in your browser. Off until you opt in.
  • Analytics — reserved for optional product measurement. We do not currently load third-party analytics scripts. If enabled in a future release, they remain off until you opt in. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can manage cookies anytime via or your browser settings. See also the Cookie Policy and the first-visit banner. Clearing site data may sign you out or reset local preferences.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a commercial online product (for example hashed passwords, HTTPS in production, session cookies, MFA when enabled, and access controls on protected features). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Statements in this Policy about safeguards are descriptive only and do not create a warranty, guarantee, or liability beyond the Terms of Use.

You access the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for unauthorized access arising from factors outside our reasonable control, including your devices, networks, credentials, local robot networks, customer-run adapters, or third-party systems. Report suspected security issues via the contact form.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you reside, including through hosting, email, payment, and language-model providers. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. By using the Service, you understand that transfers may occur as needed to operate the Service.

By using the Service, you take the risk of that transfer. We are not liable for your compliance with your local country’s data-protection or other legal requirements. Those rights do not change that we provide software only, and they do not create extra contractual liability for robot operations you perform. Liability remains as stated in the Terms of Use, except to the minimum extent a data-protection statute mandatorily requires otherwise.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is directed to commercial and professional users, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us via the contact form so we can take appropriate steps.

11. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page (with an updated “Last updated” date). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy. We encourage you to review it regularly.

12. Contact
