Supervisor W is software only, provided as-is. ScutiW AI and ScutiW Superintelligence and Astro Arpanet LLC have no liability for robot motion, injury, or property damage to the fullest extent permitted by law. The hardware emergency stop on the robot is the last layer. Software halt is supervisory and is not warranted to stop the robot. Terms of Use.

This Cookie Policy explains how ScutiW AI and ScutiW Superintelligence (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) use cookies and similar storage when you use Supervisor W. The software license is owned by Astro Arpanet LLC. Read this with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Cookie tools are provided as-is. Liability for the Service is governed exclusively by the Terms of Use.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Some are required for sign-in and protected features. Others are optional and stay off until you opt in via the first-visit banner or Cookie settings.

2. Categories we use

  • Necessary — session and sign-in cookies so you can stay signed in, complete multi-factor authentication, and use protected features (console, billing portal, organization seats). These are always on when accounts are enabled. The Service cannot work without them for signed-in use.
  • Preferences — optional local settings in your browser (for example UI choices). Off until you opt in. Clearing site data may reset them.
  • Analytics — reserved for optional product measurement. We do not currently load third-party analytics scripts. If enabled in a future release, they remain off until you opt in. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. First-party vs third-party

Necessary session cookies are set by Supervisor W so we can recognize your signed-in session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

  • Payment checkout. If you subscribe, checkout runs through Stripe. Stripe may set its own cookies on its domain under Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control those cookies.
  • Optional Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google may set cookies under Google’s terms. We receive only the account identifiers needed to create or link your Supervisor W user.
  • Live chat. Chat messages may be sent to a third-party language-model provider to draft a reply. That is not a Supervisor W advertising cookie. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (live chat / AI).

We are not responsible for how Stripe, Google, language-model providers, or other third parties store or use data on their own sites.

4. How long they last

Session cookies typically last until you sign out or close the browser, subject to how your browser handles cookies. Preference and consent choices stored in local storage last until you change them, clear site data, or they are replaced. Billing and account records are not cookies; retention of those records is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your choices

Manage cookies anytime via or your browser settings. The first-visit banner also records your choice. You can refuse optional preferences and analytics. You cannot refuse necessary cookies if you use signed-in features. Blocking all cookies in your browser may sign you out or prevent login, MFA, or checkout from working.

6. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change how cookies work. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
