Master Service Agreement

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Supervisor W is software only, provided as-is. ScutiW AI and ScutiW Superintelligence and Astro Arpanet LLC have no liability for robot motion, injury, or property damage to the fullest extent permitted by law. The hardware emergency stop on the robot is the last layer. Software halt is supervisory and is not warranted to stop the robot. Terms of Use.

This is the standard commercial addendum for a paid Supervisor W site. A signed copy and proof of insurance are required before commercial use. This web page is not a signed contract. Supervisor W is managed and operated by ScutiW AI and ScutiW Superintelligence. The software license is owned by Astro Arpanet LLC. This MSA does not expand our warranties or liability. The Terms of Use apply and control if this page is quieter.

1. Service

Supervisor W is an operator console: assign a catalog skill, confirm before motion, watch, take over on the Site plan, stop, and export a session log. One license is bound to one robot serial. Lab includes two seats. Site includes four seats and hold-to-drive take-over. We supply software access only. We do not operate your robot or certify your cell.

2. Customer duties

You own or lawfully operate the robot. You keep a safe cell, a reachable hardware emergency stop as the last layer, and a signed-in operator on Watch during motion. Unattended public or lobby use is not permitted. You train operators. You maintain insurance appropriate to the site. You indemnify the Protected Parties as stated in the Terms.

3. Halt and billing

Confirm and new jobs may be refused when unpaid. Billing is not intended to refuse halt. That intent is not a warranty that software halt will stop the robot. Halt is never sold as a substitute for the hardware stop. Card billing can be enabled later; the halt rule does not wait on Stripe.

4. No warranty; liability cap

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROTECTED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ROBOT MOTION, INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. Aggregate liability is capped as in the Terms (the greater of amounts paid in the prior three months or US$50, or the lowest amount mandatory law allows). We provide no indemnity to you. Florida law, arbitration, class-action waiver, and the one-year claim limit in the Terms apply.

5. Setup

Site setup, if purchased, is billed once. It is orientation: bringing the console to that robot serial, a halt check you perform, and an operator walkthrough. It does not replace your hardware stop, cell design, or competence. A completed setup is not a safety certification and does not waive the as-is terms.

6. Insurance

Before commercial motion you will maintain liability insurance suitable for a robot in your cell and, on request, name the Protected Parties as additional insureds. Failure to insure is a material breach. We do not sell insurance.

7. Adapter v1

A third-party robot may use the console only after its adapter passes halt and catalog-skill checks. Listing a maker on the public site is not a certification that their body is safe. You remain responsible for that OEM stack.

8. Execution

Commercial use requires a copy of this MSA signed by an authorized person for the customer and for Astro Arpanet LLC (or an operator we designate). Until that signature exists, this page is information only. Download the signing copy, print it, and return it with proof of insurance via Contact.
